scarring with electronic braun shaver - how to minimize appearence of scars?

i have had these flat light brown marks as a result of shaving. i also have this small light red dot on my face as a result of shaving. they have been there for over a year and i have applied mama lotion or aloe vera gel every day on the scars. using the light red dot as a reference, the appearance of the marks did not change at all. the scars are very annoying as they make my face look red. is there anything that can help treat the marks?
