How do I create the best quality movie on wmm for viewing on a large screen?

I create many videos for our church and they look real good when previewing them in Windows Movie Maker, however, when I get them to church to view on a large screen, they are very grainy and not of good quality. Could you please tell me the best settings for a good quality video? I'm particularly interested in the "more settings" option on the movie settings when publishing the movie. Thank you for your help.

You need to convert the movie to HD format. I know a photo movie creator software that support HD output format. maybe you can try it
