It's one thing to get a six pack. But if you want to know how to get ripped abs (the kind that pop and you have to clean the environment with a Q-Tip), then you must be committed 100%.

I will say this: It is not easy.

For this kind of scrutiny torn certainly be in low body-digit percentage of fat (about 4-6%).

It is unrealistic to expect to be completely torn abdomen (4-6% body fat) throughout the year. But there is no reason that can not be a normal six-year package (about 8.11% of body fat).

So the first secret. TONS of cardio. Oh, and by the way ... not just run-of-the-mill heart. This means panting, gasping, huge puddles of sweat-Cardio (hey, I told you, if you want to get ripped abs is not impossible but requires much effort.)

The reason for this quantity is simply insane cardio. Your body is naturally wired for fat storage and maintenance if you starve forever. Therefore we lose this last bit of fat is always more difficult. It's a battle of wills between its objectives and its development physics.

But to put a lot of time doing cardio, your body will have no choice but to use fat (if you eat yet right, and work with weights, etc..)

The second secret to getting ripped ABS is on your diet.

When approaching a contest or photo shoot, models of fitness and bodybuilders change your diet.

Although you can usually take a protein lean, good fats and complex carbohydrates and fiber in each meal, so close to the time of competition, the cone usually carbohydrates.

This means that only focus on lean meats (like chicken and tuna) and get their carbohydrates from vegetables like broccoli. Oh, and eat a modest amount of good (omega 3) fats.

And here's one more thing ...

For an extra boost to their metabolism, many bodybuilders have also reduced the protein powders or shakes, and instead eat only real food at each meal.

The reason is that food has a nutritive effect high heat in the body. In a word, it means that your body burn more calories to digest. Ergo, it helps to burn some calories.

So what are the secrets to get totally destroyed two Big, Ripped Abs. TONS of sweat dripping cardio-vascular intense. Then cut the carbs and focus only on the actual consumption of foods that are lean meats, and vegetables in abundance and some fats.
