Photo Rejuvenation

Like all body organs, skin aging as programmed by genes. This is called internal aging. Dry skin, age spots, white hair, loss hair, nails and thin skin changes with age comes alone. Skin also ages by factors external. Sun is the main external factor that ages the skin. Sunlight is composed of many light spectrums. The ultraviolet rays damage the skin. Rays UVA and UVB are responsible for skin lesions. Aging because the sun is called photo-aging.

Smoking causes biochemical changes in the body that accelerate aging skin. By stopping smoking, it can be stopped to some extent.

Facial expressions, when we make facial expressions, we use of facial muscles and skin forms lines. With age, skin loses its ability to spring back and lines form. With repetitive facial expressions, these lines become permanent. To avoid these lines and wrinkles, stop making facial expressions as much as you can and if you do facial exercises, be aware that the lines shape continuously.
