Can I get and instore credit at Petsmart for something I bought 4 months ago?
I live in Canada, I bought a Oster Clipper back at the end of June 2010 and yesterday was the first time I used it with a head on it and it and it pulled and tugged on my dogs poor fur, hurting him and I'm wondering if I can return it to the store for a credit and buy a better one. I have all the pieces and original box, but it seems I have misplaced the receipt..
i have oiled the clippers. but its not them thar at pulling. its the plastic heads. they have like a fish hook effect and even the tiniest knots get caught on the backhook. metal heads would not do that.
So you've used them with just the blade? Probably not.
I would also add that if you haven't brushed him out completely the combs will pull and by brushed out completely I mean you can take a comb, not a brush, and pull it through the coat and not hit any snags.
