Grills are often excellent steaks, but is there a secret formula? Can you make a better steak? You Bet Your beef is!

Let tell a little story about how I started my mission to cook meat perfectly. I put together some high quality steaks at Costco and had a couple more friends. I left the meat on the grill and entered what I thought'd a couple of minutes. Absorbed in conversation, it became more like 4 or 5 minutes. I left the street to check the nets, only to find that the fat in the fat was on and the meat was completely surrounded by flames. I turned around, stop cook for a minute or two, and took him inside, believing it was a lost cause ... What a waste of money. When we reduce what appeared charred and burned flesh, we saw a little pink meat that seemed incredibly wonderfully juicy. I put this piece of meat in my mouth, and if my mouth was still alive, that's all. This was clearly the best steak deal that I had in my life.

Since I was on the road find the secret of cooking a steak to perfection. That's what I found.

* Get the best quality meat possible. The restaurants serve meat quality above what you can find in typical grocery stores, but Costco sells it.

* Get thick fillets. Since we use the extreme heat, do not want to cook the meat inside, then an inch and a half at least!

* Season the meat with Montreal steak spice.

* Salt and pepper very meat. Salt is really the flavor of flesh and not worry oversalting - to every bite, you have inside the meat to balance the salt in the crust.

* You must use the temperature Can be higher. If you have a charcoal, large, use more coal than we ever thought possible. If you have a gas grill, must motivate some flames because gas grills are not much warmer than 500 F. Brush the fillets so with oil or butter, which could leak and cause asthma (we want). Do not worry about burn - and that is where all the flavor, thus the crust is formed, and it and the interior will be in the spectacular.

* The fire more, the better. Leave aside that blacken and turn a once. You can not dye the other side black, and cook the meat.

* Let the meat rest for at least 2-3 minutes, then plunge and do not wait! Juices will overwhelm!

Head for Change Model Norelco 7145xl. Shave?

What I need for a head change models. Norelco 7145xl shaver? I can not find anywhere. And I have no doubt that the mind has a shave head has no replacement.

Use HQ8 7100 series Norelco's Spectra Change Heads, 3 combs. 3 cutters. If you search for "transportation Spectra" and. "Norelco" you will find sites that carry them. Amazon.com does not do any other. Tips are several versions of a type commonly used. Then look for the type. You may pay a little more for a head for older but we keep the power of my husband after it became scarce. I would recommend the purchase. Pair of sets if you intend to shave this. They are harder to find as it is not nearly the most.
