(Dingle & Brown, 1999) Some are carcinogenic, endocrine disruptors, allergens, and more.

Concern is derived from the statistics are alarming: According to the Working Group on Environment, from 1970s-1980s:

"Autism has increased tenfold
"The incidence of congenital malformations has doubled Male
-Incidence of childhood asthma has doubled
-62% Increase in leukemia
-40% Increase in brain cancers in children
-23% Increase in premature births
-Incidence of prostate cancer and testicular cancer has doubled

Now:

-5-10% Couples with infertility
-3-5% Of all babies suffer from congenital malformations
-1 A 7 women will have breast cancer
These substances synthetic chemicals to blame? It is not known yet. But the truth is that we are exposed to a multitude of synthetic chemicals Every day our body not equipped to handle. Some of these chemicals have been definitively linked to adverse health including cancer and endocrine disruption. But without this information has been fairly quiet for our government and manufacturers of products containing them.

Is that the government protect?

After the Environmental Working Group (EWG) exposed the harmful effects of chemicals commonly used bisphenol A (found in baby bottles, baby formula and the lining of cans), has become particularly evident that our government has been the protection of public health. Large companies, with their incredible lobbying power, have been protected. These companies put ingredients hazardous products for the legal costs and maximize revenue, in hopes that consumers do not realize the dangers inherent in using these chemicals. Meanwhile, seriously deny that their ingredients are harmful. (Malkin, 2007)

By far the worst offender is the industry cosmetics, including the manufacturers of shampoo, toothpaste, deodorants, shaving creams, cosmetics and baby care. The list of chemical ingredients toxic cosmetics and personal care products is alarming, to say the least. But the list of harmful ingredients in lotions, baby shampoo, bath bubble, and sunscreen is downright criminal. (EWG, 2008)

Low law and federal regulations, the FDA and the U.S. government can not require companies to test cosmetic products for safety before marketing, and has no power to review or approve products or ingredients before sale. They can not require recalls and must go to court to withdraw the products from store shelves. (Malkin, 2007)

Product safety is assessed by a voluntary program called the Cosmetics Industry Review (CIR), which is administered by companies cosmetics to themselves. Literally, he is asked to keep wolves in sheep. When you look at the ingredients in cosmetics, it is clear that cosmetic companies do not follow the same guidelines recommended by the panel review Cosmetics industry itself. (Gabriel, 2008) Is there adequate protection for you?

Nair is not taking me out for the bikini and cream. Face work well or not? Work well in the cream or anything. About uner chin / jaw area of peach fuzz on legs or what not. Thankyou ...

Delete page Nair work in any part of the body. I do not know about hair removal creams for bikini and face. But I will say that Nair will work and work on legs. If you want to try picking on your legs try. Veet. You just spray on. And sit a while and then use it. Look for this spatula and wipe out and work better than shaving.
