For years, my parents told me and others who cared about me "study hard, go to a big school, get a good education and land a large well-paid employment. "This has been" accepted "the truth as a roadmap to a happy life and rewarding.

Well, I did ... for some time ....

Then suddenly I realized. What about all those are companies like Merrill Lynch and Bear Sterns?

It reminds me of one of my friend, let's call Kimberly. Nina Kim was very bright and motivated. It was she who went above mentioned mantra of the letter. It was in the top 1% of his class at Brown University. He then worked for a consulting firm's senior management in the world. Now look at the reasons for the age old advice. What the end result of having a good job? Well, steady paychecks. In other words, a large, stable, predictable and positive cash flow. Well, based on the assumption that society gives us the paychecks have been in business and continue to use us.

But what we 've seen so far? This is not true, right? Businesses go bankrupt and people lose their jobs. Nothing lasts forever. What should we do? We need to diversify the flow of this flow of cash.
