Are you hooked enough to have read all of them. I am on my 5th.
I've read and reread the whole series more times than I can count. Braun is one of my fav authors. I don't have one fav book in the series, but "The Cat Who Blew the Whistle" and "The Cat Who Wasn't There" leap to mind. I really enjoy the places and people she writes about as well as the plots and themes to her mysteries. Sometimes the soap opera-like part of the book is better than the mysteries, which is not necesarily a bad thing. Her books are fun to read. Keep reading the series, you'll be glad you did.
