Braun food processor problem. Please help?
I make bread dough using my food processor .. the enclosed type with a feed tube. Why does some of the dough go up under the blade especially when I turn the motor on high. Any tricks to avoid this happening.
i also make dough in my food processor and I always lightly oil the bowl and the blade with olive oil. I just dab some on a paper towel and wipe the blade and inside the bowl. I hope this helps. I also run mine at a lower speed until it's mixed well as the highter speeds can cause friction and heat to build up and this can actually break down the gluten and yeast in the bread.
