lump/bump near vagina?

Three days ago I noticed a small bump near my vagina.... on the top part where the hair starts. But then I noticed day by day it was increasing in size. So today I really looked at it n squeezed it and puss and blood came out. Its kind of the size of a nickel, and only hurts when I put pressure on it. I get the feeling its an ingrown hair because I've been using a braun epilator and it says that ingrown hairs may form from it. So anyway, if it is an ingrown hair, how do I get rid of it?

It sounds to me like an ingrown hair. They get trapped under the skin and then while trying to push out cause puss and a blister/pimple. If it popped and all the puss cam out it is likely that the hair already came out as well. Since the skin was opened when you popped it. If it is still there and is really hurting in a few days go to the doctor, but it sounds like it was just an ingrown hair. These are very common, especially if you shave/wax/or remove the hair.
