Electric Razors - Rotary vs. Foil Which do you prefer?

I have a new Norelco Speed XL rotary shaver and I think it gives a closer and faster shave than my Braun 7680 with a new cutter head.
More reviewers say that Foil shavers give a closer shave, I find this not to be true for my face.

Rotary gives a close shaved IMNSHO.
