i have sensitive and when i shave with my braun electric shaver, i get razor bumps on my face. what to do/?

like i said, i have a braun 3615, and when i shave my side burns, chin, and mustache i get razor burns underneath my chin and on my sideburns. What should i do? Should i use a electric shaver or the one with shaving cream? What shaver should i use for both. Any and all tips will be greatly appreciates

depending on if its new it will take anywhere from 3 to 6 months for it to break it. if you have had it for a while you should try replacing the foil and blade they sell a package that runs about 32 dollars. replace the cleaner in it as well. and see it that helps i think you should use and electric shaver try that and if it doesnt work then switch to a regurlar razor with shaving cream. i hope this helps and i hope it gets better for you good luck
