I used the product Smooooth Legs AKA Smooth Away on my upper lip?

and I guess I did it too roughly because it burned when I put on lotion and now my upper lip is dry. On top of that, I guess I kind of did it on my lip a little and now I have a bump on my lip that looks like a cold sore, but I know it's not. I'm putting ice on it right now, but I don't know what else to do. PLEASE HELP!

I know it looks freaking gross, which is why I'm posting it. Don't say it's herpes because my cold sores NEVER look like this and because this happened right after I picked at my dry skin after using smooth away.

ouch! that looks painful, dos it hurt?
I think there is nothing that can be done except wait it out, the more you do to it the more irritated it will probably get. My suggestion is next time maybe try tweezing the hairs?
